Tour Stop Number One: Main Entrance & Visitor Parking
Welcome to the Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Neuro Transitional Center – Dallas, TX. A ramp from the parking area leads into the front entrance. The entrance is enclosed by black fencing with a wide gate at the top of the ramp.

Tour Stop Number Two: Outdoor Patio
The outdoor patio is made of brick. There is a wrought-iron patio table with chairs in the center of the patio. Flowers, low shrubs and a tree are planted around the outside of the patio.

Tour Stop Number Three: Dining & Living Area
The Dining & Living Area has wood flooring. The walls are white and cream. On the right wall there is a couch, sofa, armchair and a sign that reads "Gather Here With Grateful Hearts. The entrance to the kitchen area is on the inside wall. There are two long dining tables with white chairs in the middle of the room.

Tour Stop Number Four: Kitchen
The Kitchen has wood flooring and white walls. There are stainless steel kitchen appliances spaced around the walls of the kitchen. There are at least two of each kind of appliance. Wooden cabinets run the length of the walls on all sides. There are two sinks located in the counters on the outside walls and a single sink on the kitchen island in the center of the room. A two-tier display of fruit sits in the middle of the kitchen island.

Tour Stop Number Five: Private Patient Suite
The Private Patient Suite has painted floors and blue and cream walls. There is a window on the outside wall that looks out onto the patio. There is an air conditioning unit under the window. On the right wall is a patient bed, small nightstand and a sofa.

Tour Stop Number Six: Private Patient Bathroom
The Private Patient Bathroom has tiled floors and white tiled walls. There is a medicine cabinet and toilet with grab bars on the right wall. There is a zero-entry shower with grab bars and shower seat on the left wall.
