Tour Stop Number One: Entrance
The exterior of Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is comprised of light-colored stucco walls with stone accents at the base. The hospital logo is shown prominently to the left of the main entrance. A semi-circular driveway sits in front of the main entrance, which is covered and has two large pillars with stone bases. Tour Stop Number Two: Main Lobby
A set of automatic double doors lead into the lobby, which has a semi-circular desk with a wood laminate front and dark green countertops. Behind the desk, which has a lowered counter at one spot, is a computer, monitor and chair. Framed art can be seen on the walls and a large arrangement of red flowers sits at one end of the desk. The walls are light colored and the floor is shiny tan and green tiles. The rear of the lobby has a doorway with windows on either side which look out into two hallways. At the center of the hallways is a large sign with the hospital logo. Several upholstered chairs and side tables sit along the perimeter of the walls.

Tour Stop Number Three: Patient Room
An off-white hospital bed is made with a yellow blanket. A rolling tray table is positioned at the middle of the bed. To the left of the bed is a blue upholstered chair with a circular pattern while a wooden nightstand with a phone and flower arrangement sits off to the right of the bed. A standalone wooden wardrobe sits in the corner of the room, which is painted light blue. A wall of windows looks out into a courtyard area with a gazebo.

Tour Stop Number Four: Nursing Station
Located at the intersection of four hallways, the well-lit nursing station is comprised of a large, angular wooden desk with a gray countertop and wood laminate front. Several computer monitors and chairs are seen behind the desk, which has two flower arrangements on either end. The desk has a lowered countertop in the middle. The walls are painted off-white and light blue and the tile flooring is off-white, green and blue.

Tour Stop Number Five: North Therapy Gym
This brightly lit space has three walls of windows looking out to the hospital grounds. A blue treatment table with pillows sits in front of the window. A set of parallel bars faces the windows, as does another piece of equipment. A small set of stairs with a railing are visible as is a storage area with weights and therapy equipment.

Tour Stop Number Six: Main Therapy Gym
The main therapy gym is a large space with a wall of windows along one end that look out to the front parking lot. Therapy equipment, including treatment tables. The space has off-white and green walls and a tiled floor in shades of cream, blue and green.

Tour Stop Number Seven: Cafeteria
The cafeteria has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that leads out onto an open patio. Along the wall of windows are three tables covered in white tablecloths with two chairs at each table. Directly across from the tables is a long stainless-steel serving area. A menu board is visible at one end of the serving area and prepared food is visible behind a glass sneeze guard. The far end of the serving area has silverware and drink dispensers. A larger seating area with tables with white tablecloths and flower arrangements can be seen inside the main entrance to the cafeteria. A smaller serving area sits across from the main serving area.
